Issuing a Google account through the website, the way is quite simple. First, open your Gmail account through the official page, which is www.mail.google.com.
Then, scroll to the bottom of your Gmail inbox, until you see the little printed "account Details" in the bottom right corner of the screen.
After that, click "Details ". There, you can see all the activity that your Google account does. To remove a Google account, simply click "Sign out of All Web Sessions ", and a Google account is issued successfully.
Must pay attention to this
There is one thing to note, that activating "Sign out of All Web Sessions " means it will issue an account from all the Web you've visited. So, you have to write your email and password if you want to access it again.
If you've ever lost your smartphone, and you need to opt out of all Google Apps, then do the following steps.
The first step to do is, go to your Google Account settings/privacy settings by going to https://myaccount.google.com/?hl=id.

If it is, under the text "Sign-in & Security " click "Device activity & Security Events ".
There, you'll find a series of your Google account activity. Click "Review Devices " To see it in more detail.
From the various list of activities that appear, look for the device you want to remove from Google Apps, then click the device name and "Remove " to revoke access on the device.
